Job Summary
This role involves providing high-quality 1st and 2nd level technical support to clients both remotely and on-site. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for installing hardware and software, troubleshooting technical issues through detailed error analysis, and assisting clients with specific queries within the DATEV ecosystem. Beyond daily support tickets, you will collaborate with a team to execute complex IT projects. Required Skills
Education

Experience
- Professional experience in an IT support function is preferred
- Initial experience or knowledge of DATEV software is desirable
- Experience in structured and independent work environments
- Experience in providing technical customer service via telephone and in-person
