Job Summary
As an Electrical Construction Site Manager, you will take a central role in coordinating assembly sites and managing electrical energy infrastructure projects. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve the temporal planning of construction sites, coordinating with project stakeholders, and preparing bills of materials for work preparation. You will be hands-on with the commissioning and acceptance of medium-voltage (MV) and low-voltage (LV) systems directly on-site. Additionally, you will handle site setup, provide instructions to both internal and external personnel, and manage on-site measurements for billing purposes. This position is ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys taking responsibility and making independent decisions. It offers a unique opportunity to oversee the full lifecycle of electrical infrastructure projects, from initial site setup to final commissioning, ensuring high standards of technical execution and personnel management.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in Electrical Engineering; additional qualification as a Technician or Master Craftsman (Meister) is preferred.
Experience
- Professional experience in handling medium- and low-voltage switchgear
- Proven experience in managing and scheduling assembly personnel
- Experience working with electrical energy infrastructure components
- Professional experience in site setup and safety instruction for internal and external staff
- Proficiency in using standard PC operating systems and software
