As an IT Systems Technician, you will join a service-oriented IT systems house dedicated to providing secure and modern infrastructure for diverse business and private clients. Your daily responsibilities will involve the commissioning, upgrading, and repair of PCs, servers, notebooks, and printers both in the workshop and directly at customer sites. You will manage network hardware, firewalls, VoIP telephone systems, and data backup solutions using remote monitoring and management tools. This role is ideal for proactive professionals who enjoy technical troubleshooting and direct customer interaction. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in the IT sector (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration / Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration) or equivalent professional qualifications.
Experience
- Professional experience in IT system integration or a comparable technical field
- Proven experience in the administration of networks, firewalls, and backup systems
- Practical experience in hardware and software error analysis and fault rectification
- Experience in providing both on-site customer service and remote technical support

- Valid Class B driver's license required. Must be able to perform on-site service visits to customers.
