As an IT Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive technical support both on-site at client locations and via internal office support in Greifswald or Neubrandenburg. Your daily activities will involve the installation, maintenance, repair, and administration of computer hardware, alongside the management of software systems, networks, and firewalls. You will act as a primary point of contact for first and second-level technical support issues. This role is ideal for a customer-oriented professional who enjoys independent work within a family-run business environment. The position offers a high degree of flexibility with options for 30-40 hours per week and partial home-office arrangements.
