As a Reporting and Analytics Expert at TKMS, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the data-driven landscape of a leading international naval engineering firm. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve the collection, preparation, and analysis of HR-related statistics and key performance indicators for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles. You will act as a segment coordinator for the TKMS Group, defining reporting standards and managing the annual CSRD reporting process to ensure compliance. A significant part of the role involves the continuous development of the IT system landscape for People Analytics and providing high-level qualitative consulting to internal stakeholders.
