As an NDT Materials Tester, you will join the Quality Management team to perform critical non-destructive testing (NDT) on aviation components. Your daily responsibilities include conducting damage analysis, evaluating test results, and deciding on the usability of parts based on rigorous documentation and measurement standards. Beyond testing, you will play a key role in quality assurance by creating and validating procedural instructions and conducting internal training sessions for NDT trainees. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in a relevant technical field; Qualification as an NDT Inspector Level 1 or Level 2 in Penetrant Testing (PT) according to EN 4179 or EN 9712.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in an industrial environment
- Professional experience in non-destructive testing within the aviation sector
- Experience in evaluating measurement results and determining component usability
- Experience in creating and validating test instructions
- Experience in conducting internal technical training or on-the-job training
