Job Summary
As an AI Automation Engineer at MANN & SCHRÖDER COSMETICS GROUP, you will bridge the gap between business processes and high-tech solutions. Required Skills
Education
Completed degree or vocational training in an IT-related field (e.g., Business Informatics, Computer Science, IT Specialist) or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in RPA or workflow automation and AI-supported workflows/agents
- Experience in business process analysis and creating automation concepts in collaboration with specialist departments
- Practical experience in the development, testing, and operation of RPA bots (UiPath or similar)
- Experience implementing AI agents including tool-calling, prompting, and evaluation
- Experience with interfaces and integrations (REST/JSON), preferably with SAP connectivity
- Foundational knowledge in software development and version control
