Job Summary
As an Internal Sales Consultant for Modular Space Systems, you will serve as the central point of contact for rental customers across diverse sectors, including construction, industry, public authorities, and events. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve providing expert advice on room and sanitary systems, identifying specific customer needs, and proactively offering economical rental solutions. You will manage the entire administrative lifecycle of an order, from negotiating rental terms and coordinating delivery with logistics partners to final invoicing and overseeing product returns. This role is ideal for a customer-oriented professional who enjoys building long-term relationships and working at the intersection of sales and operations. Required Skills
Education
Completed commercial or technical vocational training or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in a comparable internal sales or customer service function
- Experience in the rental or sale of modular space systems or related product areas is preferred
- Proven track record in sales and customer-oriented service
- Experience in administrative process management from quotation to invoicing
