This role involves training the next generation of IT professionals within the German Federal Armed Forces (Bundeswehr) at the training workshop in Weener. As an Instructor for IT Systems Integration, you will be responsible for the day-to-day theoretical and practical instruction of apprentices, guiding them in the use of specialized tools, measuring devices, and network infrastructure. You will oversee project-oriented training phases, evaluate performance, and prepare students for their final examinations. Beyond teaching, you will maintain and develop the training facility's IT infrastructure and represent the organization at career fairs.
