Job Summary
This role involves providing comprehensive HR support for the municipality of Markt Schwaben, located east of Munich. You will manage the entire employee lifecycle for both civil servants and salaried staff, ranging from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding. Key responsibilities include coordinating with external payroll providers, managing electronic time-tracking systems, and handling travel expense accounting. A unique aspect of this position is the focus on talent development, where you will serve as the Head of Training for apprentices and interns. This is a full-time, permanent position within a modern public administration that offers flexible working hours, partial mobile work options, and the stability of the TVöD collective agreement. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as a Public Administration Specialist (Verwaltungsfachangestellte/r) or completion of the Administrative Employee Course I (Beschäftigtenlehrgang I). Instructor Aptitude Certification (AdA-Schein) is required or must be obtained.
Experience
- Professional experience in human resources administration and personnel support
- Practical experience in public sector recruitment and selection processes
- Experience working with German labor, collective bargaining (TVöD), and civil service laws
- Experience in organizing vocational training or acting as a lead for apprentices
