Job Summary
The Johanniterhaus am See is seeking a Head of Facility Management to oversee the technical operations of their senior living facility starting December 1, 2026. In this full-time role (39 hours/week), you will be responsible for the regular monitoring, maintenance, and repair of electrical, ventilation, sanitary, and drainage systems. Beyond technical tasks, you will lead the facility management team, manage personnel planning, and ensure compliance with internal documentation and safety standards.
