Job Summary

As the Group Lead for the Bioanalytics Quality Control Laboratory in Pfaffenhofen, you will be responsible for the technical and organizational leadership of a specialized team. Your day-to-day activities involve ensuring the implementation and documentation of analytical methods, with a specific focus on biological assays, LAL testing, and protein analysis. You will oversee the GMP-compliant testing of sterile and non-sterile pharmaceutical dosage forms, verify analytical results, and manage the procurement and maintenance of laboratory equipment. A key part of this role is driving process optimization through digitalization and automation while supporting international projects and regulatory audits. Required Skills

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in leading and motivating a team
  • Extensive experience with GMP regulations and documentation
  • Proven experience in managing laboratory operations and equipment maintenance
  • Experience in process optimization and IT-driven laboratory projects
