Job Summary

This role centers on the development of highly complex antenna systems for satellite communications and aerospace applications at a site in Mainz. As a System Engineer, you will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of reflector antenna systems operating at frequencies exceeding 100 GHz. Your daily responsibilities include creating system specifications, designing RF components using coaxial and waveguide technology, and simulating complex transmit/receive chains. A unique and exciting aspect of this position is the opportunity for global travel to perform system commissioning and testing at international sites. You will work within an interdisciplinary team, collaborating closely with automation and control specialists to deliver solutions for deep-space missions and civil/military satellite communications.
