Job Summary
As a Field Application Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting customers in the North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW) region with complex building automation and digitalization projects. You will act as a technical consultant throughout the entire project lifecycle, from initial technical proposal creation and specification development to implementation and commissioning. Working closely with the regional sales team, you will support beta phases for new projects and represent the company at trade fairs to increase brand awareness. This role is ideal for technical professionals who enjoy a mix of engineering and customer interaction. The position offers a high degree of autonomy, a company car for private use, and flexible working arrangements including mobile work. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Engineering or a Technician qualification in Electrical Engineering, Supply Engineering, System Integration (MSR), or a comparable technical field.
Experience
- Professional experience in the fields of MSR (Control Technology), HVAC, Building Services (TGA), or Electrical Engineering
- Experience in technical consulting and supporting customers through implementation and commissioning phases
- Experience in creating technical specifications and performance descriptions
- Proven track record of independent work and proactive problem-solving in a regional territory

Additional
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region (NRW) is required. Includes a company car for professional and private use. Must have a hands-on mentality and strong communication skills.
