Job Summary

As a Staff Engineer and Platform Architect, you will join an agile architecture team to elevate the company's sourcing platform to the next level. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve developing and optimizing the platform's strategic and operational architecture, creating robust solution designs for complex projects, and selecting the appropriate technologies for the tech stack. You will act as a technical leader, establishing architectural best practices like Architecture Decision Records and C4 modeling across the organization. Beyond technical design, you will play a crucial role in coaching other team members and sharing your expertise to foster organizational growth.
