As a Technical Support Specialist at FRAKO, you will serve as the primary point of contact for global customers, providing expert guidance on power quality, energy management, and reactive power compensation systems. Your daily routine involves diagnosing technical issues via phone and email, conducting remote support sessions, and assisting clients with the installation and configuration of specialized electrical equipment. Beyond troubleshooting, you will prepare quotes for spare parts and maintenance services while collaborating closely with field service and specialized technical teams. This role is ideal for a service-oriented professional with a strong electrical background who enjoys problem-solving in a dynamic, medium-sized company environment. Required Skills
Education
Completed technical vocational training (e.g., Electronics Technician for Industrial Engineering, Energy and Building Technology, Mechatronics, or similar)
Experience
- Completed technical vocational training in electronics (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Energy and Building Technology, Mechatronics) or a comparable field
- Professional experience in after-sales service, maintenance, or technical support is preferred
- Experience in diagnosing and resolving technical malfunctions and providing installation guidance
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical information effectively to customers
