Job Summary

As a Digitalization Manager in Manufacturing Engineering, you will lead the implementation of international projects focused on Industry 4.0, IoT, and Smart Factory initiatives. Your daily responsibilities include creating technical specifications, commissioning new digital systems, and configuring the MES system (specifically MPDV Hydra). You will act as a central administrator for MES hardware and software, collaborating closely with IT departments to troubleshoot issues and optimize performance. Additionally, you will support production optimization by generating OEE reports and downtime analyses while training key users on digital tools. Required Skills

Education

Degree in Computer Science, Digitalization, or a related field; alternatively, a completed IT vocational training with relevant further education and professional experience.

Experience

  • Practical experience with OEE and MES systems, preferably MPDV HYDRA
  • Experience in server, network, and software technology
