As a Digitalization Manager in Manufacturing Engineering, you will lead the implementation of international projects focused on Industry 4.0, IoT, and Smart Factory initiatives. Your daily responsibilities include creating technical specifications, commissioning new digital systems, and configuring the MES system (specifically MPDV Hydra). You will act as a central administrator for MES hardware and software, collaborating closely with IT departments to troubleshoot issues and optimize performance. Additionally, you will support production optimization by generating OEE reports and downtime analyses while training key users on digital tools.
