Job Summary
As a Service Desk Employee, you will be the primary point of contact for resolving complex IT inquiries within the SWE Digital GmbH, a full-service provider for IT infrastructure and software solutions for the Stadtwerke Erfurt Group. Your daily tasks will involve efficient incident resolution following ITIL processes, providing telephone and in-person support to users, and independently documenting IT issues. You will also coordinate external service providers, manage IT requests, and assist with software and hardware rollouts. This role requires a strong customer and service orientation, excellent communication skills, and a team-focused approach. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT, practical experience with Windows operating systems, and knowledge of ITIL.
