Job Summary
This role involves training and mentoring individuals who are transitioning into new careers due to health limitations. As an IT Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering both theoretical and practical lessons across a wide range of topics, including operating systems, network infrastructure, IT security, and cloud services. Beyond technical instruction, you will play a vital role in the personal development of your students, preparing them for final examinations and professional integration. You will work within a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team to tailor educational content to market demands and individual needs. Required Skills
Education
Completed University or Technical College degree in a field relevant to IT; Instructor Aptitude Certification (AdA-Schein) according to AEVO is required (or willingness to acquire it promptly).
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in the IT sector
- Experience in a training or educational environment is desirable
- Experience in planning and evaluating training according to official vocational regulations
- Professional experience working with diverse groups or individuals with health-related career constraints
