Job Summary

As the Team Lead for Through-Hole Technology (THT), you will be responsible for the continuous development and operational management of a production unit comprising 15 to 20 employees. Your daily activities involve coordinating staff deployment, conducting annual performance reviews, and integrating new team members. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing material flow using LEAN principles and ensuring strict adherence to delivery deadlines through SAP feedback and close coordination with production control. Technically, you will oversee wave and selective soldering processes, manage maintenance schedules, and support first-article inspections. This position is ideal for a proactive leader who enjoys a high degree of decision-making freedom and wants to drive structural and technological improvements in a modern manufacturing environment. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in the electrical field (e.g., Electronics Technician for Devices and Systems). Further qualification as a State-Certified Electrical Technician or Industrial Master Craftsman (Industriemeister) in Electrical Engineering is preferred.
