This role offers an exciting opportunity to revolutionize the insurance industry by joining a leading provider of standard software for P&C insurance. As an IT Business Analyst, you will act as a vital bridge between business needs and technical implementation. Your day-to-day will involve modeling insurance products, designing business processes using BPMN 2.0, and conducting gap analyses. You will be responsible for creating solution designs, performing software adjustments in Java/Camunda BPM, and planning functional tests. The position is highly collaborative, requiring close coordination with development teams and active participation in IT consulting and system integration projects, including on-site client visits. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Business Informatics, a comparable field of study, or equivalent professional qualification.
Experience
- Initial professional experience as a Business Analyst or Requirements Engineer
- Experience in the field of core insurance systems is highly preferred
- Practical experience in modeling and automating business processes
- Experience working at the interface between business departments and IT
- Experience in project-based IT consulting and system integration
