As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of unival systems across Europe and internationally. Your daily activities will involve planning and executing system installations, conducting technical training for both operators and engineers, and providing comprehensive remote and on-site support. You will play a critical role in maintaining high customer satisfaction by performing maintenance according to safety standards, managing spare parts, and documenting all service activities within CRM systems. The role is highly dynamic, requiring you to perform radiation protection and safety tests while collaborating with sales teams during trade fairs. This position is ideal for technical professionals who enjoy variety, as it combines hands-on mechanical work with administrative management and significant international travel. You will act as a key technical liaison, ensuring long-term client relationships through rapid problem resolution and high-quality service delivery.
