As a Building Automation Technician at BAUER, you will play a critical role in bringing modern buildings to life by overseeing the maintenance, commissioning, and repair of complex automation systems. Your daily responsibilities include analyzing technical faults, programming and parameterizing automation systems, and integrating diverse plant components from various manufacturers. You will work independently to implement planning specifications while ensuring all systems meet regulatory and building law requirements. This role is highly collaborative, requiring you to support project teams with technical expertise and optimization suggestions during site meetings. Required Skills

Education

Completed electrical engineering vocational training recognized in Germany (e.g., Electronics Technician for Building Infrastructure or Systems Mechatronics).

Experience

Professional experience in the commissioning of building technology systems
Experience in programming, parameterization, and system integration of automation components
Experience in creating functional descriptions and commissioning protocols
Experience in the independent implementation of technical planning specifications
