Job Summary

This role involves overseeing and executing electrical engineering projects for a cross-border oil pipeline network. As an Electrical Technician, you will be responsible for the planning, installation, maintenance, and repair of diverse systems including power supply, pumping stations, building technology, and IT/communication infrastructure. A significant part of the role includes managing tenders according to procurement law and coordinating inspections with technical monitoring organizations (ZÜS). Following an initial training period, you will step into the critical role of Responsible Qualified Electrician (VEFK) for the Zweibrücken operating area. This position is ideal for someone looking for a secure, long-term career in the public service sector (TVöD), offering a high degree of responsibility within a safety-sensitive environment. Required Skills

Education

Vocational training in an electrical field (e.g., Electronics Technician for Industrial Engineering) plus successful completion of a Master Craftsman (Elektro-Meister) or State-Certified Technician (Elektro-Techniker) qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in electrical engineering or electronics for industrial systems
  • Experience with explosion-protected systems (Ex-protection) is preferred
  • Experience in project management or technical project coordination
