As an AI Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in a newly formed AI specialist team within the insurance sector. Your primary responsibility involves collaborating with various business departments to identify, define, and evaluate innovative AI use cases. You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation by developing business cases and advising on the operation of AI solutions. This role is highly collaborative, requiring you to create transparency regarding existing AI systems and establish best practices for future deployments. The position is ideal for professionals who enjoy consulting and want to actively shape the future of artificial intelligence in a corporate environment. Beyond the technical scope, the role offers a stable environment with 13.5 months of salary, flexible working hours, and a strong focus on work-life balance through hybrid work options.
Required Skills
Education
University degree in Economics, Computer Science, or a comparable field of study.
Experience
- Professional experience in IT requirements management
