Experience
- Several years of professional experience in IT network technology
- Professional experience in configuring and maintaining routers, switches, and firewalls
- Practical experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware and Docker
- Experience in managing backup systems and endpoint security solutions
- Experience in complex error analysis and technical customer support
