Job Summary
This role involves serving as a key consultant for housing and real estate companies, focusing on the path toward climate neutrality by 2045. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for developing climate strategies and pathways, managing energy-related portfolio development projects, and ensuring adherence to schedules, costs, and quality standards. Day-to-day tasks include performing data analyses of energy consumption using proprietary software, conducting feasibility studies for decarbonized neighborhoods, and calculating investment costs. You will also facilitate workshops and present results to clients both in-person and online. This position is ideal for professionals passionate about sustainability who enjoy a mix of technical analysis and client interaction. Required Skills
Education
University degree related to Sustainability, Real Estate, or Building Technology (e.g., TGA Engineering, Green Building, Energy and Environmental Technology, Renewable Energies, Industrial Engineering, or Real Estate Management). Additional qualification as a certified Energy Consultant is preferred.
Experience
- Professional experience in project management and steering within the energy or real estate sector
- Experience in creating climate paths and sustainability strategies
- Practical knowledge in energy consumption analysis and contract evaluation
- Experience in conducting feasibility studies for decarbonized technologies
- Proven track record in client communication and presentation
- Initial experience in the real estate industry or a related vocational background is preferred
