As a Software Requirements Engineer, you will serve as the critical bridge between clients, product management, and the software development team. Your daily responsibilities involve understanding and documenting complex customer requirements for the CURA software, an industry standard for pension fund administration. You will manage the entire lifecycle of requirements, from initial analysis and conceptual design to detailed technical specifications for the development team. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy technical depth and client interaction. The position offers significant flexibility with up to three days of home office per week and the unique opportunity to work remotely from other EU countries for up to three weeks per year.
