Job Summary
This leadership role involves the strategic management and expansion of Emergency Response Services (Hausnotruf) in the Oderland-Spree region. You will be responsible for driving growth through targeted sales and marketing initiatives, identifying new market opportunities, and establishing strategic partnerships. Day-to-day, you will oversee budget planning, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and lead a dedicated team to ensure high-quality service delivery. A significant part of the role includes ensuring compliance with statutory regulations (SGB V/XI) and maintaining quality management systems. This position is ideal for a results-oriented professional with a blend of commercial acumen and technical understanding. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training or university degree; alternatively, a technical qualification (e.g., Electrical Engineering, IT, Medical Technology) with relevant experience in Security and Assistance Systems (SAS).
Experience
- Professional experience in sales and market development with a growth-oriented mindset
- Leadership experience in managing and motivating teams
- Experience in the field of emergency call systems or medical aid supply is preferred
- Proven track record in budget management and result-oriented steering
- Experience with statutory regulations such as GKV, SGB V/XI, and pre-qualification processes
