As an HR Process Automation Specialist at AXA Germany, you will act as a pioneer in transforming traditional HR workflows into intelligent, automated digital processes. Operating at the intersection of HR and IT, your daily responsibilities involve analyzing existing processes to identify optimization potential and implementing solutions using modern low-code toolsets. You will manage the entire lifecycle of automation projects—from initial ideation and prototyping to the rollout of Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) and providing ongoing 1st and 2nd level support. Working within an interdisciplinary team alongside analytics and HRIS experts, you will ensure that new solutions are user-friendly and seamlessly integrated.
