Job Summary
As an IT Support Specialist at SOS-Kinderdorf Niederrhein, you will serve as the central point of contact for all IT-related concerns within the facility. This part-time role (16 hours/week) involves acting as a vital interface between the central IT department, local staff, and external service providers. Your day-to-day tasks include documenting IT infrastructure, reporting and resolving technical malfunctions under guidance (remote hands), and providing general IT system inductions for employees. You will also manage IT service orders and support local events technically.
