As an IT Support Engineer (2nd Level), you will be responsible for the administration and maintenance of complex Windows and Linux server environments. Your daily activities will involve analyzing and resolving technical malfunctions within the IT infrastructure, including network and server systems. You will act as a critical link between 1st and 3rd level support, ensuring efficient escalation management and the implementation of sustainable technical solutions. Beyond troubleshooting, you will contribute to system migrations, automation initiatives using scripts, and the optimization of IT processes.
