Job Summary
As a Group Leader at VHV Group, you will drive the strategic development of central specialist topics within the commercial and industrial liability insurance sector. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve steering analytical and product-related initiatives, managing a significant portfolio, and leading strategic projects. You will be responsible for conceptualizing market monitoring strategies, developing insurance terms and conditions, and implementing modern pricing analytics and machine learning approaches. A key part of the role includes risk analysis and underwriting control for commercial business. This position is ideal for a strategic thinker who can translate complex data into actionable business decisions and represent the company in internal and external committees. Required Skills
Education
University degree in Business Administration, Law, or a comparable field of study.
Experience
- Professional experience in insurance specialist processes, ideally within non-life (P&C) sectors
- Proven experience in data-focused product development
- Experience in preparing complex strategies and measures for executive decision-making
- Professional experience in leading strategic projects and working groups
- Experience in underwriting and risk analysis for commercial or industrial liability insurance
