This role involves acting as a central interface between project partners, facility locations, and executive management for a major care provider. Based in Berlin-Mitte, you will oversee the strategic consulting and execution of new construction, renovation, and modernization projects across 39 locations nationwide. Day-to-day responsibilities include budget creation and monitoring, coordinating maintenance measures, managing external specialist firms, and providing technical leadership to on-site facility technicians. You will also be responsible for defect tracking and ensuring compliance with construction and contract law.
