Job Summary
As the Lead of AI Transformation, you will spearhead group-wide AI-driven digitalization initiatives at the holding level, reporting directly to the CEO. This newly created staff position focuses on professional coordination rather than disciplinary leadership. You will be responsible for developing the corporate AI strategy, managing a central AI program encompassing governance and change management, and prioritizing a value-oriented portfolio of AI use cases across various departments. Day-to-day operations involve acting as a strategic sparring partner for the Executive Board and coordinating with IT, Legal, and HR to implement end-to-end solutions. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between technical implementation and business impact. It offers a unique opportunity to shape the technological future of a major digital lifestyle provider in a high-volume customer environment, ensuring that AI initiatives deliver measurable results and speed of execution.
Required Skills
Education
Completed university degree or vocational training in business, technology, or IT-related fields.
Experience
- Proven professional experience in steering and implementing AI or digitalization initiatives, preferably in telecommunications or B2C environments
- Practical experience with concrete AI implementations such as LLM applications or Voice Agents
- Professional experience in project management and strategic coordination
- Experience working with diverse stakeholder groups and executive management
- Experience in bridging technical implementation with strategic business management
