As an IT Project Manager in the high-end defense technology sector, you will be responsible for the customer-specific implementation of IT security concepts, particularly those aligned with BSI standards. Operating out of Bremen, your daily activities will involve utilizing IT baseline protection tools, conducting security analyses, and providing expert consultancy to clients. You will oversee the entire product lifecycle from the development phase, including calculations, optimizations, and the creation of proposals for both national and international projects. This role carries significant responsibility, as you will lead the 'IT Security' project team and design specialized workshops and training sessions. Required Skills

Education

University degree in Computer Science, IT Security, or a comparable qualification; alternatively, specialized vocational training in IT Security/Information Security with several years of professional experience.

Experience

  • Long-term professional experience in the field of IT and information security or security concepts
  • Extensive experience in developing and implementing IT security concepts according to international standards
  • Proven experience in project management, business administration, and project segment leadership
  • Routine experience using IT baseline protection tools (e.g., SAVe-Tool)
  • Experience in personnel management or project leadership for security-focused teams
