Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Nondestructive Testing (NDT) Specialist or Materials Engineer to join a major client in the Ruhr area, Germany. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating results from various NDT methods such as Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Penetrant Testing (PT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), and Visual Testing (VT). Key responsibilities include creating and coordinating procedures with internal and external stakeholders, as well as generating and managing error reports based on identified anomalies. This position requires strong expertise in nondestructive testing, relevant certifications, and excellent communication skills in both German and English. It offers a permanent employment contract and opportunities for professional development within an established engineering service provider.

Required Skills

Education

Completed degree as a Materials Engineer, Technician, or Master craftsman (or equivalent qualification)

Experience

  • Very good experience in nondestructive testing
  • Professional experience in analyzing and evaluating NDT results
  • Experience in creating and coordinating NDT procedures

Languages

German (Fluent)English (Fluent)

Additional

  • Valid certifications in UT, PT, MT, VT (Level 3 preferred)
