Job Summary

As an Electrical Design Engineer, you will be responsible for taking technology to the next level by designing and developing detailed plans for switchgear houses. Your day-to-day activities will include the dimensioning of electrical equipment such as Gas-Insulated Switchgear (GIS) and air-insulated switchgear, as well as planning the integration of these systems into higher-level SCADA systems. You will be tasked with selecting and parameterizing protection relays, creating detailed circuit diagrams for control and protection systems, and drafting technical specifications for electrical components.
