Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in the IT field (e.g., IT Specialist for Systems Integration / Fachinformatiker) or an equivalent qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in IT support or a related technical field
- Practical experience with common operating systems including Windows and Linux
- Experience handling standard software solutions such as Microsoft 365 and Office
- Proven track record in hardware component configuration and maintenance
- Experience in structured incident documentation and process management
Languages
Additional
- Must have at least B2 level proficiency in German. Position is a full-time, permanent role based in Germany.
