Job Summary

As a Compliance Officer in the pharmaceutical sector, you will serve as a key decision-maker and point of contact for pharmaceutical and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) inquiries within manufacturing facilities. Your daily responsibilities include supporting the Head of Manufacturing to ensure strict adherence to quality standards and regulatory compliance. You will be responsible for processing and documenting deviations, complaints, and technical changes, as well as reviewing and approving Master Batch Records and batch documentation. Additionally, you will lead GMP training sessions, prepare for internal and external audits, and support validation processes for products, systems, and cleanrooms. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in pharmacy who enjoy a mix of documentation, quality oversight, and cross-departmental collaboration. The position offers the stability of a permanent contract and comprehensive coaching throughout the application process within a leading technology and engineering service provider network.

Required Skills

Education

Degree in Pharmacy with Pharmacist License (Approbation) or a related degree with several years of relevant professional experience.

Experience

  • Professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Extensive experience in Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) environments
  • Experience in processing, evaluating, and documenting pharmaceutical deviations and complaints
  • Experience in creating and approving manufacturing instructions and batch records
  • Experience in preparing and participating in internal and external audits
