This part-time (50%) position based in Kürten-Biesfeld involves providing essential technical and administrative support for the IT department of a non-profit foundation focused on social welfare. On a day-to-day basis, you will act as a primary point of contact for telephone support, assisting users with technical inquiries and troubleshooting. Your responsibilities extend to the lifecycle management of hardware and software, including inventory control, initial setup, and detailed documentation.
