Job Summary
This part-time role at the Dual State University of Saxony (DHSN) in Glauchau focuses on the administrative orchestration of academic operations. You will be responsible for the end-to-end data management of students, practice partners, and guest lecturers within the SAP Campus-Dual system. Day-to-day tasks include handling enrollment and exmatricultion processes, supporting examination procedures, and managing teaching assignments and billing for external instructors. Additionally, you will provide secretarial support to the department heads and generate statistical reports. This position is ideal for professionals with a background in public administration or office management who enjoy structured, detail-oriented work. Required Skills
Education
Successfully completed vocational training as a Public Administration Specialist (Verwaltungsfachangestellte/r), Management Assistant for Office Management (Kaufmann/-frau für Büromanagement), or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Several years of relevant professional experience, preferably within a higher education institution or public administration environment
- Professional experience in administrative office management or vocational training as a Management Assistant for Office Management
- Demonstrated experience in handling structured administrative workflows and data entry
- Experience using SAP applications is highly desirable
