Job Summary
This role involves providing comprehensive IT support with a specific focus on Unified Communications and Collaboration (UCC) systems at the Nuremberg Tax Office. As the primary on-site contact for system malfunctions, the successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and operation of UCC infrastructure across multiple locations. Key daily tasks include independent error analysis, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring the continuous availability of communication systems. The position requires a blend of technical expertise and strong organizational skills to coordinate effectively with various departments within the public authority. This is a full-time, fixed-term position for 18 months, offering a stable environment within the Bavarian state administration (TV-L E7 pay grade). Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration) or several years of equivalent professional experience.
Experience
- Professional experience in IT system integration or a related field
- Experience in the maintenance and support of UCC systems
- Proven track record of independent technical problem-solving and error analysis
- Experience working within a collaborative team environment, preferably in a public sector or administrative context
