Job Summary

As the Sales Manager for Polyurethane in the DACH region, you will take full business ownership for driving revenue, margin, and sustainable growth. This role involves developing and executing regional sales strategies aligned with European growth plans while expanding the existing sales territory. You will lead, coach, and develop a regional sales team and manage distributor and agent networks to achieve commercial targets. Day-to-day activities include maintaining a strong market presence through customer visits, providing hands-on support during product trials, and negotiating with senior-level decision-makers. You will also collaborate cross-functionally with Technology, Laboratory, and Marketing departments to ensure a competitive product portfolio. This position is unique for its blend of strategic leadership and technical engagement within the Freudenberg Group, offering an international work environment with the flexibility of remote work in Germany and the benefit of a company car.

  • Proven track record in executing sales plans and delivering measurable commercial results
