Job Summary

This role involves supporting the digital transformation of two major German social accident insurance institutions (BGHM and VBG) within their joint IT operation, NOVA. As an IT Specialist, you will be responsible for programming, developing, and configuring SAP ERP and SAP S/4HANA landscapes. Your daily tasks will include advising specialist departments on SAP HCM and FI/CO modules, optimizing digital business processes, and ensuring system stability through troubleshooting and maintenance. You will play a key role in quality assurance and project management. Required Skills

Education

University degree (Bachelor or Diploma) in a relevant field or completed IT vocational training (e.g., IT Specialist, IT Systems Electronic Technician, or IT Systems Management Assistant) with equivalent professional experience.

Experience

  • Professional experience in the SAP environment
  • Practical experience with current Microsoft Server and Client operating systems
  • Proven experience with SAP processes and applications, preferably in HCM or FI/CO
  • Experience in project management is desirable
  • Professional experience following a relevant IT vocational training or degree
