Job Summary

This role offers an exciting opportunity to bridge the gap between technical support and leadership within a highly automated IT service environment. As the Deputy Team Lead, you will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of a remote support team consisting of 3 to 5 colleagues, ensuring service availability and high customer satisfaction for over 100 notary offices. Your daily tasks involve direct remote system access to resolve support cases, managing ticket prioritizations, and handling escalations. Beyond technical tasks, you will gradually take on management duties such as vacation planning, service scheduling, and process optimization. This position is ideal for an experienced IT professional looking to step into leadership while remaining hands-on. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration) or a comparable professional qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience working with ticket systems and Windows-based environments
  • Experience in managing service availability and escalation handling
