Job Summary

In this role, you will lead the coordination of site readiness and clearance before, during, and after major construction phases for a leading European transmission system operator. Your daily responsibilities include serving as the primary liaison between project management, construction teams, and external stakeholders such as property owners, farmers, and local municipalities. You will conduct final negotiations with landowners, manage easement agreements, and ensure all legal and environmental requirements are met for site access. This position is ideal for professionals who enjoy a mix of strategic project management and hands-on field coordination. Required Skills

Education

University degree (University/FH) in Civil Engineering (specializing in Civil/Deep Construction), Environmental Sciences, or a comparable qualification in the field of Forestry/Environment.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in the supervision of large-scale construction sites
  • Professional experience in leading project teams is ideally required
  • Knowledge in the field of linear or infrastructure construction projects is an advantage
  • Experience in negotiating framework and path agreements with landowners
