This role involves leading and organizing a modernization assembly team for elevator systems in the Rostock and Mecklenburg-Vorpommern region. You will be responsible for the end-to-end modernization process, ranging from initial quotes to final technical inspections (TÜV) for both proprietary and third-party systems. A significant part of the day-to-day work includes personnel management, ensuring strict adherence to occupational safety regulations, and providing technical consulting to existing clients.
