Job Summary

As a Facility Technician at MEDIAN Group, you will be the primary point of contact for technical concerns and maintenance across a modern clinical facility. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve the upkeep of heating, ventilation, electrical, and telephone systems, alongside general building repairs and renovations. You will also manage outdoor areas, coordinate external service providers, and handle technical troubleshooting. This role is essential for ensuring smooth clinical operations and includes participation in a rotating on-call service. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Experience in the maintenance and repair of technical building systems (HVAC, electrical, telephony)
  • Experience in coordinating and supervising external service contractors
  • Experience in performing manual repairs and building renovations
