As a Field Sales Representative for the Dresden region, you will be the driving force behind the expansion of our textile management services within the healthcare and hospitality sectors. Your daily activities will center on identifying and acquiring new clients, specifically hospitals, nursing homes, and hotels, while negotiating long-term service contracts. You will manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact and calculation to contract finalization, utilizing a CRM system to document your progress. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with a 'sales DNA' who enjoys autonomy and field-based work. The position is particularly attractive due to its performance-linked compensation structure, a self-configurable company car for private use, and the stability of a permanent contract within a sustainable, circular economy business model. Required Skills

Education

Completed commercial vocational training (kaufmännische Ausbildung), a degree in business administration, or a comparable professional qualification.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in field sales and outside sales operations
  • Proven track record in new customer acquisition and closing long-term service contracts
  • Experience in the textile supply sector, specifically within healthcare environments, is highly advantageous
  • Experience in managing and intensifying existing customer relationships
  • Professional experience in a commercial or business-oriented environment
